If your GoBe alarm didn't trigger as expected or went off at the wrong time, this may be related to how the alarm settings were configured.
How the smart alarm works
GoBe uses your sleep phase data to determine the best moment to wake you up during a selected time interval. The band analyzes your sleep and attempts to wake you during REM phase, when waking up feels most natural.
However, if no REM phase is detected within your selected time range, the alarm will go off at the end of the interval, as a fallback.
Important setup tips
To ensure the alarm works correctly:
Make sure the smart alarm window is at least 30 minutes. A longer interval increases the chances of detecting a REM phase.
Double-check that the alarm is enabled and set for the correct day and time.
If you use the fixed-time alarm option, the band will trigger the alarm at the end of the interval, even if you haven’t slept or woke up earlier.
The band must be worn overnight to properly detect your sleep phases and trigger the alarm.
