If your hydration data is not showing up in the app, there are a few possible reasons. Below are the most common scenarios and what you can do to resolve the issue.
1. Time needed to calculate hydration
Each time you put the GoBe on your wrist, the hydration reading may take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to appear. This depends on how well the device sensors are contacting your skin. Poor contact can delay or block readings.
To ensure good contact:
Wear the band snugly, not loosely or too tight
Make sure the sensor area is clean and dry
Position the band two fingers above your wrist bone
2. Recent reset or firmware update
If you reset the band or updated its firmware before bedtime, hydration data may not be displayed in the app or on the web panel until the following morning, even if you wore the band overnight. This is expected behavior and not a malfunction.
3. How to fix missing hydration data
If none of the above applies, try resetting your GoBe. Here’s how:
Open the HEALBE app and ensure your GoBe is connected
Tap the GoBe icon to open the device settings
Tap “Service information”
- Tap "Erase data on GoBe > Reset" (Android) or "Erase data on GoBe" (iOS)
Note: Resetting your device will erase all data stored on it, so we recommend doing this in the morning to minimize data loss.
