GoBe U: How to Reset Your Smart Band

You can reset your GoBe U through the HEALBE app using the Erase Data on GoBe option. This will erase the data stored on the band.

Before resetting your GoBe U, we recommend syncing it with the HEALBE app to minimize data loss.

How Do I Reset My GoBe U?

1. Open the HEALBE app and make sure your GoBe U is connected.
2. Tap the smart band icon in the top-left corner of the main screen.
3. Tap Service Information.
4. Tap Erase Data on GoBe.

What Happens When I Reset My GoBe U?

Resetting GoBe U erases the data stored on the device, including data from the current day.

For this reason, we recommend:

• Syncing your GoBe U with the HEALBE app before resetting it.
• Performing the reset in the morning whenever possible to minimize the amount of data that may be lost.
