How to Perform a Factory Reset on GoBe U

Need to reset your GoBe U smart band to its original settings? You can do this quickly and easily by following the steps below.

Factory Reset Instructions

• Turn off the band by pressing the button for 3 seconds.
• Press the control button again and hold it pressed for 7 seconds. Release.
• Connect the band in the HEALBE app.
• Set a PIN-code and install the update.

After resetting, you’ll need to set up your device again in the HEALBE app, just like you did the first time.

Important: resetting the device deletes all data from it, including the readings for the current day. It’s best to perform the reset in the morning to avoid losing important information. We also recommend syncing the band with the app before performing the reset.
