If your GoBe U smart band becomes unresponsive or experiences issues, performing a hard reset may help resolve the problem.
Follow these steps to reset your GoBe U:
Connect the band to the charging unit.
Press and hold the side button for about 7 seconds.
Release the button – the device will restart automatically.
Important: resetting the device deletes all data from it, including the readings for the current day. It’s best to perform the reset in the morning to avoid losing important information. We also recommend syncing the band with the app before performing the reset.
