GoBe U uses the light indicator with the HEALBE logo to show the band’s current status, battery level, and notifications.
If your GoBe U lights up or starts flashing in a particular color, find the corresponding signal below to see what it means.
GoBe U Device Status
Purple shimmer
GoBe U is turning on or off.
White flash
The band is waiting for its first connection after being taken out of the box.
Continuous blue flashing
GoBe U is ready to connect to the app. This signal may appear after a reset via the app or after the battery has been fully drained.
Green flashing
GoBe U is in standby mode.
Charging and Battery Status
Red, yellow, or green flash on a green-lit background
GoBe U is charging. The color of the flash depends on the current battery level.
Solid green light
The battery is fully charged.
Red flashing
The battery level has dropped to 20%.
Rapid red flashing
The battery level is critically low at 5%.
Red flashing while charging
There is a charging issue.
Device and Service States
Orange flashing
GoBe U has poor skin contact. Check the position of the band and make sure the sensor maintains proper contact with your skin.
White flashing
A firmware update is in progress.
Solid red light
Overheating has been detected.
Red flashes on a red background
A device error has occurred. The number of flashes may indicate a specific error code. If this signal keeps appearing, please contact HEALBE Customer Care and let us know how many flashes you see.
GoBe U Notifications
Some light signals are notifications rather than indicators of the device status:
Yellow flashing - Increasing stress level.
Magenta flashing - “Time to move” reminder.
Blue flashing - Hydration level decrease.
White light wave - Alarm. The continuous white flashing of the alarm can be turned off with a single press of the band’s side button.
Active notifications are also displayed in the HEALBE mobile app.
If You Can’t Find Your Light Signal
If your GoBe U displays a light signal that is not listed above, or the signal keeps appearing and the device is not working correctly, please contact our Customer Care team.
