If your HEALBE Smart Scales show slightly different results when you weigh yourself several times in a row, don’t worry - small variations are normal for any smart scale. However, to minimize these fluctuations and get the most accurate readings, it’s important to follow a few simple guidelines.
1. Wait for the display to reset
Before stepping on the scale again, make sure the display has fully returned to 0.0. If you step on it too quickly after a previous measurement, the internal sensors may not have finished resetting.
2. Place the scale on a flat, stable surface
The surface you place the scale on has a significant impact on measurement accuracy. Make sure the scale is on a flat, hard, non-slip floor such as tile, laminate, or hardwood. Avoid using it on carpets or uneven surfaces, as even a slight tilt can affect the results.
3. Stand in the same position each time
Place your feet in the center of the platform, distributing your body weight evenly on both feet. Variations in foot placement or posture can cause small changes in the measured weight.
4. Remain still during measurement
Avoid moving or shifting your weight while standing on the scale. Stay still until the weight is recorded and the reading stabilizes.
Following these recommendations will help reduce inconsistencies and provide more stable and accurate readings with each use.
