Turn Bluetooth off and then back on in your smartphone settings.

Restart your phone to refresh the Bluetooth connection.
Step 3: Clear the Bluetooth cache (for Android users)
Go to:
Settings → App Management → Show System Processes → Bluetooth → Storage Usage → Clear Cache
Step 4: Restart the scale
Remove the batteries from the scale, wait a few seconds, and reinsert them.
Step 5: Check the distance
Ensure that the scale is close to your smartphone and that there are no obstacles between the devices.
