Ensure your feet are firmly and fully touching all contact points on the scale.

Large foot size
Users with foot size 45 (EU) or larger may have difficulty maintaining even contact. Try adjusting your foot position slightly to improve electrode contact.

Dry or callused skin on the feet
Very dry or thick skin may block the bioimpedance signal. Consider moisturizing or lightly exfoliating the feet if needed.

Wearing socks
The scale requires direct skin contact for bioimpedance analysis. Always use the scale barefoot.

Stepping off the scale too early
Stay on the scale until the full measurement process is complete and additional metrics are displayed.
