If your measurement did not appear in the HEALBE app, please check the following:
- Bluetooth and internet access must be enabled on your smartphone during data transfer and saving.
- After weighing is complete, ensure the measurement is saved in the app.
- Do not minimize or close the HEALBE app while the weighing process is in progress.
- If you're unsure whether the scale had enough time to complete the measurement, it's best to repeat the process.
- Remain on the scale until the weighing is fully completed.
If the issue still persists, try unpairing and re-pairing the scale:
- Open the Smart Scale screen in the app.
- Scroll down to the card with your connected scale.
- Tap the “Unpair” button, then re-pair the device.
