If your HEALBE Smart Scale is not powering on, please try the following steps:
- Check Bluetooth on your smartphone
Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled in your device settings. - Check the batteries in the scale
Confirm that the batteries are not depleted and are installed correctly. Replace them with new AAA batteries if needed. - Try activating the scale by stepping on it
In some cases, the scale powers on when you step onto it. Gently step on the scale and check if it activates.
