How to install a firmware update on your GoBe U

To update the firmware of your GoBe U smart band:

Step 1: Prepare for installation

• Keep your GoBe U device close to your phone

• Make sure you have the latest version of the HEALBE GoBe app

• Log into your HEALBE account and connect your GoBe U

Step 2: Start the firmware update

• Open the HEALBE app

• On iOS, tap the link icon in the top-right corner of the Dashboard screen

• On Android, tap the GoBe status bar at the top of the Dashboard screen

• Tap INSTALL and follow the instructions

Please note:

• All data on the device will be erased during the update

• Calorie and energy data from the previous day is finalized around midday of the next day
  → To preserve this data, consider updating after 12 PM
  → Any data recorded on the day of the update (e.g. breakfast, steps) will be lost
