How to Reset the GoBe U Smart Band

If your GoBe smart band needs to be reset, you can do it directly from the HEALBE mobile app. This will erase all current data from the device.

Follow these steps:

1. Launch the HEALBE GoBe app

2. Make sure your GoBe is connected

3. Tap the connection icon at the top-right of the Dashboard screen

4. Tap Service information

5. Choose one of the following options based on your device:
    • On Android: Erase data on GoBe > Reset
    • On iOS: Erase data on GoBe

Important: resetting the device deletes all data from it, including the readings for the current day. It’s best to perform the reset in the morning to avoid losing important information. We also recommend syncing the band with the app before performing the reset.
