How to Reset the GoBe U Smart Band

If your GoBe smart band needs to be reset, you can do it directly from the HEALBE mobile app. This will erase all current data from the device.

Follow these steps:

1. Open the HEALBE app and make sure your GoBe is connected.
2. Tap the smartband icon in the top left corner of the main screen.
3. Tap “Service Information.”
4. Tap “Erase Data on GoBe.”

Important: resetting the device deletes all data from it, including the readings for the current day. It’s best to perform the reset in the morning to avoid losing important information. We also recommend syncing the band with the app before performing the reset.
