How to enable warehouse storage mode on your GoBe U band

The warehouse storage mode is only accessible with the factory firmware. It allows you to safely prepare the device for storage or shipping.

To activate the storage mode:

1. Make sure the band is not connected to the charging unit.

2. Perform a Factory Reset as follows: 

• Turn off the band by pressing the button for 3 seconds.
  The shutdown is accompanied by a purple light indication. To make sure the band has turned off, press the side button once - there should be no light indication.

• Press the control button again and hold it pressed for 7 seconds. Release.

Factory reset is accompanied by a sequence of red, yellow, and green light flashes.

Important: resetting the device deletes all data from it, including the readings for the current day. It’s best to perform the reset in the morning to avoid losing important information. We also recommend syncing the band with the app before performing the reset.

3. After the reset, press and hold the button again for more than 7 seconds until the appropriate indication appears (2 orange flashes) – the band will enter warehouse storage mode.

After the device successfully enters storage mode, simply place it on the charger if you need to turn it back on.
