If you’re unable to access your GoBe U due to a forgotten or incorrect PIN code, you can restore access by requesting a PUK code from the HEALBE mobile app.
Steps to request your PUK code:
Reinstall the HEALBE mobile app on your smartphone
Log in to your account and connect your GoBe U
When prompted for the PIN code, select Restore PIN
Choose Request PUK-Code
A message will confirm that the PUK code has been sent to the registered email address
Note: It may take up to 24 hours to receive the PUK code email.
If the device was transferred to you by another person
The PUK code will be sent to the original registered email address. Please contact the previous owner to receive the code. If you do not have contact with the previous owner, you can send us your receipt or other proof of purchase — we will do our best to assist you in resetting the PUK code.
How to reset your PIN code using the PUK code:
Log in to your account and connect your GoBe U
When prompted for your PIN, select Restore PIN
Enter the PUK code
Enter your new PIN code
