If you're giving your GoBe smart band to someone else, the new user will need to create their own account in the HEALBE app. All new data from the band will be linked to their account. Previous data will remain stored in the original owner’s account and will not be transferred.
Step 1 – New user: Create an account
The new user should:
- Open the HEALBE app
- Tap Create an account
- Enter their email address and password
- Tap Sign up
Step 2 – Original owner: Share the PUK code
To connect the smart band, the new user must enter a PIN code. The original owner needs to provide the PUK code so that the new user can set their own PIN. Here's how to request it:
- Reinstall the HEALBE app and log in to your account
- Connect your GoBe to the app
- When prompted for the PIN code, tap Restore PIN
- Select Request PUK code
- The PUK code will be sent to your registered email address
Share this code with the new user.
Step 3 – New user: Set a new PIN
Once they receive the PUK code, the new user should:
- Open the app and log in
- Connect the band
- Tap Restore PIN
- Enter the PUK code
- Set and save a new PIN
Step 4 – Reset the smart band
Before handing over your GoBe, we recommend resetting it to avoid mixing your health data with the new user’s:
- Open the HEALBE app and make sure your GoBe is connected
- Tap the connection icon in the top-right corner of the Dashboard
- Tap Service information
- Tap Erase data on GoBe (on iOS) or Erase data on GoBe > Reset (on Android)
