GoBe U: How Long Is My Data Stored and Where Can I View It?

GoBe U can store up to 7 days of data before it needs to be synchronized with the HEALBE app.

To make sure your data is saved, sync your band with the app at least once every 7 days. Data that has not been synchronized within this period may be permanently deleted from the band.

Where Can I View My Data History?

The HEALBE app displays your data for the last 7 days.

To view your data history for the entire period of using GoBe, log in to your HEALBE web account:

https://web.healbe.com/

Use the same email and password that you use to sign in to the HEALBE app.

For the best experience, we recommend opening your web account on a computer. The mobile version is not currently supported, so some elements may not display correctly on a smartphone.

Regular synchronization helps ensure that your GoBe data is saved and available in your account.
