You can change or reset your PIN code in the HEALBE app, depending on whether you know your current code.
If you know your current PIN code:
To change it:
Open the HEALBE app and ensure your GoBe U is connected.
Tap the connection icon in the top-right corner of the Dashboard screen.
Tap the My GoBe menu (three dots in the top right).
Select Change PIN code and enter your new code.
If you don't know your PIN code:
To reset it:
Reinstall the HEALBE app on your smartphone.
Log in to your account and connect to your GoBe U.
When prompted for a PIN, select Restore PIN.
Choose Request PUK-Code.
A message will confirm that a PUK code has been sent to the email used to register the device.
Please note: the PUK code may take up to 24 hours to arrive. If you received the device from someone else, you’ll need to contact the original owner to obtain the code.
If that’s not possible, send us proof of purchase (e.g. a receipt), and we’ll try to help you reset the code on our side.
Once you have the PUK code:
Log in and connect to your GoBe U.
Select Restore PIN when prompted.
Enter the PUK code.
Set and confirm your new PIN.
