GoBe U: How to reset your HEALBE password

If you forgot your password, you can reset it directly in the HEALBE mobile app:

1. Open the HEALBE GoBe app on your phone.
2. On the login screen, tap “Forgot your password?” located next to the Sign in button.
3. Enter the email address linked to your HEALBE account.
4. Check your inbox for an email with a password reset link.

Please note: The reset link is valid for 24 hours. If it expires, you’ll need to request a new one.

5. Click the link in the email, then enter your new password twice to complete the reset.

Once you’ve successfully set a new password, you can log in using your updated credentials.
