GoBe U: The battery drains too quickly

After a full charge, GoBe U can operate for up to 60 hours without recharging. Please note that 60 hours is the maximum battery life and is not a guaranteed value for every device or every charging cycle.

Actual battery life varies. It may differ between individual devices and from one charging cycle to another on the same GoBe U.

What affects battery consumption?

Battery consumption can be affected by several factors, including:

• the age and current condition of the battery;
• ambient temperature and humidity;
• the frequency and amount of data transferred during synchronization with the app;
• the stability of the Bluetooth connection with your smartphone;
• how often the connection is lost and re-established;
• how GoBe U is used throughout the day.

For example, if the band frequently loses and re-establishes its Bluetooth connection with your smartphone or transfers a large amount of data during synchronization, battery consumption may increase.

How can I reduce battery consumption?

We recommend synchronizing GoBe U with the app 1-2 times a day and maintaining a stable Bluetooth connection between the band and your smartphone whenever possible.

GoBe U does not have a fixed battery discharge rate. The discharge rate may vary depending on usage conditions, so some variation in battery life between individual charging cycles is normal.
