If your GoBe U smart band shows the “OVERHEAT” message, it means the device has reached a temperature above the normal operating range. This is a built-in safety feature designed to protect both the device and the wearer.
What Happens During Overheating
When the band overheats, it will:
Display a solid red light at 100% brightness
Vibrate continuously until the temperature drops
What to Do
If overheating occurs while charging:
Try changing the power source. For example, switch from a wall adapter to a computer USB port or vice versa.
If overheating occurs during regular use (not charging):
Leave the band off your wrist and allow it to cool down completely. When the internal temperature reaches around 60°C, GoBe U will automatically shut down and restart after cooling.
Once cooled, you can continue using the band as usual.
