Why can data be displayed incorrectly after a time change?

When changing time zones, switching to or from daylight saving time, or when the time on your phone changes automatically, some data in the HEALBE app may temporarily be displayed incorrectly.

This is a known app behavior related to data processing when the local time changes.

What should I do?

We recommend waiting 24 hours after the time change. In some cases, the data may partially recover and correct itself automatically.

If the issue persists after 24 hours, please contact HEALBE Customer Care and, if possible, provide:

• screenshots showing the incorrectly displayed data;
• details about which metrics are affected;
• the period for which the data is displayed incorrectly.
