GoBe U automatically estimates your physiological stress level based on data collected by the band while you wear it.
The algorithm analyzes your body’s response and displays your current stress level in the HEALBE app. This metric can help you track changes throughout the day and see how much time your body spends at elevated stress levels.
What Stress Levels Does GoBe U Show?
GoBe U uses five stress levels:
1. Safe
The lowest level of physiological stress.
2. Light
A slightly elevated stress level.
3. Elevated
A more noticeable physiological response to physical or emotional load. This level may occur during everyday activities such as working, studying, or driving.
4. High
A high level of physiological stress. If it remains elevated for an extended period, consider reducing your workload and allowing more time for rest and recovery.
5. Very High
The highest stress level on the GoBe U scale. If this level persists for an extended period or you are not feeling well, consider reducing your workload and focusing on rest and recovery.
What Is Accumulated Stress?
Accumulated Stress shows the total amount of time you spend at stress levels starting from Elevated and above.
Both intensity and duration are important. A brief increase in stress and an extended period of Elevated stress contribute differently to your overall stress pattern throughout the day.
This metric helps you see how much time GoBe U detected Elevated, High, or Very High stress during the day.
How Should I Use Stress Data?
Rather than focusing only on individual increases in stress, look at your overall patterns:
- How often your stress level increases during the day
- How long elevated levels persist
- How much Accumulated Stress is recorded during the day
- How your stress levels change across different days and activities
You can use these patterns as an additional reference when balancing activity, workload, rest, and recovery.
Important: GoBe U stress metrics are intended to help you track physiological responses and are not a medical diagnosis. If you have concerns about your health or well-being, do not rely solely on device data and consult a healthcare professional when appropriate.
