The app keeps searching for GoBe3 and can not find it

Here are some instructions on how to fix this problem:

First, please check that your phone is not connected via Bluetooth to other devices and the geolocation is turned on. 

Please make sure that you have turned on Bluetooth on your phone and the band is located close to the phone. You can also restart Bluetooth by turning it off and then back on your phone.

Also, please check is that the HEALBE GoBe app is allowed to use Bluetooth: follow Home > Settings > HEALBE GoBe and make sure the Bluetooth switch is in the "On" position.

As the next step, please try removing the HEALBE app from your phone and then downloading and installing it again. 

If this doesn't help, please try to reset your device by taking the steps below.

1. First, please make sure your device is charged: plug it into its charger and let it charge for 30 minutes or more.

2. Without disconnecting GoBe from the charger, take a paper clip and press the button inside the small slot (it looks like a small hole) in the center part of the USB plug (please see the attached picture).

You should feel a brief “click” of the button, after which the device will restart showing you the “HELLO” message on screen. This indicates the device was reset successfully. 

Please note, any data which has not been synced with the app, such as recent meals or steps, may be deleted during the hard reset, with no ability to recover it.
