GoBe3: How to Perform a Hard Reset

If you need to perform a hard reset of your GoBe3, follow the instructions below.

Before You Reset Your GoBe3

Important: During a hard reset, data that GoBe3 has not yet finished processing may be lost. For example, this may include recent step data or calorie data from your latest meal. This data cannot be recovered after the reset.

Before starting, make sure your GoBe3 is charged. Connect the device to the charger and let it charge for at least 30 minutes.

How to Perform a Hard Reset

Without disconnecting your GoBe3 from the charger:

1. Locate the hard reset button on the USB end of the charging cable - the end that connects to the power source, not the end that connects to your GoBe3.

   The button is located inside a small hole on the USB plug, as shown in the image below.

   

2. Using a paper clip, briefly press the button once. You do not need to hold it down.
3. You should feel a slight click when the button is pressed. Your GoBe3 will restart, and HELLO will appear on the screen.

When HELLO appears, the hard reset has been completed successfully.
