Health Connect is a platform that allows you to consolidate your health and fitness data from various apps in one place. Integrating your HEALBE GoBe app with Health Connect enables automatic data synchronization, ensuring your health metrics remain up to date.

Steps to Integrate HEALBE with Health Connect

To enable or disable HEALBE integration with Health Connect, follow these steps:

1. Launch the HEALBE GoBe app.

2. Tap the Settings icon in the bottom right corner of the dashboard screen.

3. Scroll down to the fields "Sync weight data" and "Export sensors' data", and toggle the switches on or off as needed.

Data HEALBE Receives from Health Connect

• HEALBE only receives your weight data from Health Connect.

• Weigh-ins

• Heart rate

• Sleep intervals

Important Notes

• While HEALBE sends caloric data (consumed and burned) to Health Connect, this data cannot be viewed directly in the Health Connect app.

• Hydration and stress levels are unique metrics tracked by HEALBE and are not supported by Health Connect, meaning this data will not be transferred.

• Data synchronization with Health Connect occurs every 10 minutes, but only if the HEALBE GoBe app is open.
