We do not recommend wearing GoBe U on the same wrist as other smartwatches or fitness trackers, especially those equipped with ECG, bioimpedance, or other electrical measurement functions.
Doing so may lead to sensor interference, particularly when both devices use low electrical currents for their measurements.
Why It May Cause Interference
GoBe U uses bioimpedance analysis (BIA), a method that sends small electrical impulses through your skin to gather data. Some other smartwatches — such as the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 — also use ECG and body composition sensors that rely on similar technologies.
If both devices attempt to perform electrical measurements simultaneously:
Their signals may conflict, leading to inaccurate data.
The GoBe’s sensor readings may be compromised.
Our Recommendations
To ensure the most accurate data from your GoBe:
Wear your GoBe U and other smart devices on different wrists whenever possible.
If you must wear both on the same arm, ensure there is a significant distance between them — although this still does not guarantee full accuracy.
Please note: HEALBE has not conducted official testing of GoBe U used in conjunction with other wearable devices on the same wrist. As such, we cannot ensure reliable measurements in this setup.
