Scale: Can it be used by multiple people?

Yes, HEALBE Smart Scales are designed to support use by multiple individuals. However, in order to ensure accurate weight readings and personalized tracking, each user must connect the scales through their own HEALBE account in the HEALBE GoBe mobile app.

Why a separate account is needed

Each account stores individual weight history and calibration data. This prevents data mix-ups and helps maintain precision in weight tracking over time. Sharing one account between multiple users is not recommended, as it can result in incorrect data and affect the performance of related features.

How to set up the scales for a second user

If another person wants to use the same set of HEALBE Smart Scales, they’ll need to:

1. Install the HEALBE GoBe app on their smartphone.

2. Register a personal account in the app.

3. Connect the scales using the steps below:

   • Open the app and go to the Weight section.

   • Tap Connect Scales.

   • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled and the scales are placed nearby.

   • Select the correct device from the list.

   • Wait for the connection to complete, then step on the scales.

Once connected, each user can track their weight independently using their own app and account.

Switching between users

There's no need to re-pair or disconnect the scales every time a different person wants to use them. The device will automatically connect to the smartphone that is actively paired with it at the time of use. Just ensure that only one person at a time is attempting to weigh themselves and that their phone is nearby with Bluetooth enabled.
