Scale: Getting started

Follow the steps below to connect your HEALBE Smart Scale to the app and complete your first weigh-in.

1. Prepare Your Scale

1. Remove the scale from the packaging.
2. Open the battery compartment on the bottom of the device.
3. Remove the batteries and take off the protective films that prevent contact during transportation.
4. Reinsert the batteries.
5. Place the scale on a hard, flat, non-slip surface. Avoid carpets or other soft surfaces.

2. Connect the Scale to the HEALBE App

Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.

Open the HEALBE app, go to the Weight section, and tap Connect Scale.

The app will start searching for nearby scale via Bluetooth. Once your scale appears in the list of available devices, tap it to connect.

During the connection process, your personal data, such as your height and age, will be automatically transferred to the scale for accurate measurements.

Once connected, the app will display “Connection successfully established.” You will then be redirected to the Weight section.

3. Complete Your First Weigh-In

To start weighing:

• iPhone: Tap the + icon in the top-right corner, then select the scale icon.
• Android: Tap the + icon in the bottom-right corner, then tap Scale.

You will be taken to the Smart Scale screen. Tap Start Weighing, then step onto the scale.

The app will display “Please step onto the scale.” A progress indicator will appear while the measurement is in progress. Stay on the scale until the measurement is complete.

Once weighing is complete, your results will appear in the app. To view all available data, open the measurement entry in your history.

If the App Cannot Find Your Scale

If your scale does not appear in the list of available devices:

• Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
• Keep your smartphone close to the scale.
• Make sure the batteries are installed correctly and are not depleted.
• Try searching for the scale again in the app.
