If the Service 0001 error appears on your GoBe3 screen, first try resetting the device to factory defaults.
1. Reset Your GoBe3 to Factory Defaults
Important: During the reset, data that GoBe3 has not yet finished processing may be lost. For example, this may include recent step data or calorie data from your latest meal. This data cannot be recovered after the reset.
Before resetting your GoBe3, make sure it is charged. Connect the device to the charger and let it charge for at least 30 minutes.
Without disconnecting your GoBe3 from the charger:
-
Locate the reset button on the USB end of the charging cable - the end that connects to the power source, not the end that connects to your GoBe3.
The button is located inside a small hole on the USB plug, as shown in the image below.
- Using a paper clip, press the button inside the hole and hold it for 5 seconds. You should feel a slight click when the button is pressed.
-
During the reset, the following messages will appear on the GoBe3 screen:
Resetting… → HELLO → WELCOME… Connect the app to start
After the reset:
- The device name will return to the default format GB3_XXXX.
- The PIN code will be reset.
- When you connect your GoBe3 to the HEALBE app, you will be prompted to set a new PIN code and install the firmware.

2. If the Reset Does Not Help
If Service 0001 is still displayed after the factory reset:
- Leave your GoBe3 turned on until the battery is completely discharged and the screen goes black.
- Leave the device fully discharged for at least 6 hours.
- Connect your GoBe3 to the charger again.
- After charging and turning the device back on, check whether the error has disappeared.
