One of the factors affecting GoBe3’s battery life depends on how many times a day you sync the smart bad with the app. Our best practice is to sync it no more than 3-5 times a day. How often did you sync it?
Please keep in mind that the sync is continuous if the app is open in your phone. After you have finished syncing and reviewing your information, please make sure you swipe the Healbe app from the list of the recent apps in your phone. Otherwise, you may not be aware of the continuous sync which drains the battery life.
Also, did you notice any "Sensor doesn't fit" alerts on GoBe3's display? If you did, were they frequent? If the band continuously tries to re-establish connection with the skin, this could also affect the battery life.
If you are receiving "Sensor doesn't fit" message on the display, you can tighten the strap a little, to a comfortable position. The band’s sensor needs to stay in close contact with your skin, but it should not be so tight as to hurt your wrist.
You can try wearing GoBe3 on another wrist to see if it makes any difference. Please note that any skin imperfections, such as scars, tattoos and even extensive hair growth can prevent GoBe from establishing proper contact with your skin.
Also, it is important to clean the sensor at least a few times a week, especially after any physical activity. To clean the sensor, you can use surfactant dishwashing liquid or liquid soap: apply a small amount of liquid on the sensor, rub it lightly (you can use a q-tip), then rinse with water and dry with a soft cloth or paper tissue.
