If your GoBe3 is not charging or charging is intermittent, the issue may be related to the charging cable or contamination of the charging contacts. Please try the following troubleshooting steps.
1. Check the charging cable
Inspect the charging cable contacts:
- Make sure all the pins move freely and are at the same height.
- Connect the cable to your GoBe3 and make sure it is securely held in place by the clips on both sides, with no gap between the cable and the device.
- Gently move the cable and its connectors in different places and check whether this causes charging to start or stop.
- Try connecting your GoBe3 to a different power source, such as a computer USB port, power adapter, or power bank.
If one of the pins is stuck, sits lower than the others, or the device only charges when the cable is held in a certain position, please contact our Customer Care team for further assistance.
2. Clean the GoBe3 charging contacts
One of the most common causes of charging issues is contamination of the charging contacts. Skin particles, sweat, residue from creams, and other contaminants can gradually build up on the contacts and interfere with the electrical connection.
For cleaning, use water and a small amount of liquid soap:
- Apply a small amount of liquid soap to the GoBe3 charging contacts.
- Gently clean the contacts with your finger or a cotton swab.
- Rinse the soap off thoroughly with water.
- Pat the device dry with a tissue and make sure there is no water left in the charging slot or inside the cavities of the protective cover.
- Allow the contacts to dry completely before connecting the charging cable.
As a preventive measure, we recommend cleaning the charging contacts this way 1–2 times a week, rather than waiting for heavy residue to build up.
When cleaning the contacts, do not use sharp objects or try to scrape off any residue, as this may damage the surface of the contacts.
Important: Do not rinse the charging cable contacts under running water, as the cable is not waterproof.

3. Check charging again
Once the contacts are completely dry, connect the charging cable and check whether your GoBe3 starts charging.
If your GoBe3 has completely discharged and does not turn on immediately after being connected to a power source, leave it charging for at least 10 minutes. After a full discharge, it may take some time before the device turns on.
If the recommendations did not help
If the charging cable pins are all at the same height and move freely, the cable connects securely to the device, and cleaning the charging contacts did not resolve the issue, please contact our Customer Care team.
Please describe what happens when you connect your GoBe3 to the charger and, if possible, attach a clear photo of the GoBe3 charging contacts and the charging cable pins. We’ll review the information and advise you on the next steps.
