GoBe2: Incorrect Activity recognition

GoBe did not notice my workout, why?

GoBe determines your activity using data from the accelerometer, which records your arm movement, as well as the piezo sensor, which detects your heart rate. This means that if your hands are not active enough during activity, then the accuracy of the device may decrease. For example, you may be walking, but if your hands are resting on a cart, or you are carrying a bag, or your hand wearing the GoBe is in your pocket, the accelerometer will not detect any arm movement and it won't recognize this as an activity. The same applies to workouts in which your hands are not moving detectably during the activity, such as a treadmill, cycle, elliptical, or weight training.
