If you suspect that your heart rate measurement is incorrect, please relax and do not move for 15-20 seconds.
Please make sure that you haven't done any physical activity just before returning to the sitting position, as your heart rate needs some time to slow down. Once the heart icon is filled, the pulse will be correct again.
Then, please measure your heart rate by checking your pulse. Place your index and third fingers on your neck to the side of your windpipe. To check your pulse at your wrist, place two fingers between the bone and the tendon over your radial artery — which is located on the thumb side of your wrist.
When you feel your pulse, count the number of beats in 15 seconds. Multiply this number by four to calculate your beats per minute and let us know if it's any different from the heart rate number you see on GoBe's display at the same time.
