Yes, you can use a third-party strap with your GoBe U smart band, as long as it meets the required specifications.

Strap Width Requirements

• The ideal strap width is 24 mm at the lug (attachment point).

• If you're unable to find a 24 mm strap, you can also use a 22 mm strap — in this case, you will need to transfer the connectors from the original HEALBE strap to ensure compatibility.

Things to Keep in Mind

• The GoBe U band uses a standard mount, so many third-party straps will fit.

• However, we recommend using original HEALBE straps for best performance and guaranteed compatibility.

• Installation may be more difficult if the third-party strap has a different thickness or shape compared to the original.
