GoBe U: Integrating HEALBE with Health Connect

HEALBE supports integration with Health Connect to enable two-way data sync for key health metrics. Here’s how to enable the integration:

How to enable the integration

1. Open the HEALBE GoBe app

2. Go to the Settings screen (bottom right corner)

3. Scroll down to find “Sync weight data” and “Export sensors' data”

4. Toggle the options as needed

Data flow between the apps

• Received from Health Connect:

  • Weight

• Sent to Health Connect:

  • Weigh-ins

  • Heart rate

  • Sleep intervals

  • Steps

  • Calories consumed and burned

Note: Calorie data is sent but not displayed within Health Connect. Hydration and stress metrics remain available only in HEALBE and are not shared with Health Connect.

Sync timing

The HEALBE app syncs updated data to Health Connect every 10 minutes if the app is open in the background.
