GoBe is designed for healthy individuals and may not be suitable in certain cases. Below are the conditions where use is not recommended, as well as factors that may impact data accuracy.
Not recommended for:
- Pregnant women
- Children under 18 years old
- Individuals with medical conditions that affect:
- Water-salt balance
- Cardiovascular function
- Kidney function
- Metabolism (including but not limited to: diabetes, chronic hepatitis, circulatory disorders, obesity, hormonal imbalance)
- Women during premenstrual syndrome (PMS), due to irregular water retention
Situations that may affect GoBe’s accuracy:
- Fever or other acute conditions raising body temperature above 37°C
- Extreme fatigue, emotional stress, jet lag, or sleeplessness
- Fasting or mono dieting
- Intensive or prolonged physical activity, especially anaerobic training or endurance sessions that lead to muscle fatigue
- Environmental factors such as:
- Cold or tropical climates
- Low or high air humidity (e.g., desert or tropical regions)
- High-altitude locations with unusual atmospheric pressure
- In cases of photosensitive epilepsy, the device should be used with caution. GoBe uses LED indicators with a blinking frequency of approximately 1–1.5 times per second, which is theoretically within a safe range. However, the device has not undergone specialized safety testing for individuals with photosensitive epilepsy, so we cannot guarantee the absence of risk.
Allergy notice
GoBe does not contain nickel and is generally skin-safe. However, the device includes the following materials:
- Case – plastic
- Electrodes – titanium
- Strap – silicone with a metal buckle
If you have known allergies to any of these materials, we do not recommend using the device.
Important: Always consult with a healthcare professional before using GoBe if you have a medical condition or are beginning a new diet or fitness routine.
