GoBe U Warranty and Return Policy

We want you to feel confident when purchasing and using your GoBe U Smart Life Band. Below is a summary of the warranty terms and return conditions.

Warranty coverage

Your device is covered by a limited warranty depending on when you activate it:

• 12 months from the date of activation if the device was activated within 6 months of purchase
• 6 months from the date of activation if the device was activated later than 6 months after purchase

The expected service life of the device under normal use is 24 months. Regardless of activation date, the warranty ends once the product reaches the end of its service life.

Return policy

If you are not satisfied with your device, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving it, provided the following conditions are met:

• The device is in original condition
• Packaging and all consumer properties are preserved
