GoBe3: My sleep was not detected or detected partially

We are sorry you experienced an issue with your GoBe3!

The smart band uses your arm movement to detect your sleep. It is possible your sleep was not recognized at the specified hours because you were turning and tossing in your sleep or moving your arm. 

We continue working to fine-tune the algorithm and increase GoBe3's sensitivity in recognizing different events.
