GoBe2: Device often loses connection with the app

We do not support continuous sync with the HEALBE GoBe app, as the more you sync the faster the battery life will run out.

For this reason, sometimes you can observe disconnects between the band and the application, even at a close distance with the smartphone. This is not an error or a bug. For optimal battery life, we recommend syncing your device 1-2 times per day.
