The HEALBE app and the GoBe show different data. Why is that?
The metrics may differ, because you may not have synced the app with the phone for a while or if during synchronization connection was interrupted and not all data were loaded into the app. In this case you need to sync GoBe with the phone (sometimes you may need to repeat the sync a few times in a row) and the numbers on the band and in the app will catch up.
In some cases the difference may remain even after the sync has been completed, especially if you had a late meal the previous day. The reason is app will, after getting night intake periods from the smart band, divide them between days more precisely. It is not yet feasible to implement this algorithm into the band itself. We plan implementing the same intake division rules both in the app and on the smart band later on. For now, we recommend to rely on the data in the app. Additionally, the app allows you to see not just daily data, but a weekly trend, which is more important for weight management.
