Can I Wear GoBe U During EMS or TENS Training?

GoBe U can be worn during EMS (electrical muscle stimulation) training, but there are a few important considerations to keep in mind.

EMS and GoBe U Accuracy
Electrical stimulation may interfere with the sensors in the smart band. Because of this, the data collected during EMS training sessions may be inaccurate. We recommend treating measurements during such workouts with caution.

TENS Compatibility
If you're using TENS (transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation) devices, make sure their electrodes do not come into direct contact with your GoBe U band. Direct contact could affect the performance or accuracy of the device.
