    A very desired post during “these days”. I’m on aself-isolation right now an the fridge became my best friend... How to stop thinking about food?😭😭😭 SOS!

    Emily that is becoming a huge problem)) I'd better have a salad, than to have my junk food delivered so fast)) But anyway, I really try to eat more veggies, and drink water as soon as I feel that I want to eat some chocolate))

    Sean are you kidding?)) I am a human being if I can do about 6000 steps a day) but now there are only 2000 and I feel like I'm a seal lying on my couch)

    I am lucky not to pursue the goal of weight loss, but I do enjoy a scoop of ice cream and even that can become a tragedy to your skin condition! So I am on with you, guys, on our way to a healthier and happier life!

    The number one tip I have observed for myself is just to not stock the fridge with bad things. Out of sight, out of mind!
