We are sorry you experienced an issue with GoBe3! First, please try reinstalling the app. If this doesn't help, please send us logs from your device:
Tap “Settings” icon on the main Dashboard screen of your HEALBE app -> tap "Send logs".
Once done, please email us at gobe@healbe.com and let us know you have sent the logs. Our developers will take a look into the issue.
