We are sorry you experienced an issue with your GoBe3!

The smart band considers your arm movement and heart rate among other parameters to detect your sleep. It is possible your sleep was not recognized at the specified hours, because you were turning and tossing in your sleep or moving your arm. 

We continue working to fine-tune the algorithm and increase GoBe3's sensitivity at recognizing different events.
