We are sorry that you experienced this issue!
Let us first mention that each time you put the GoBe3 back on your wrist, it can take from 30 minutes to two hours to calculate your hydration level. Inconsistent contact between the device sensors and your skin will increase the detection period.
Please note also that if you reset your GoBe3 to factory settings, update the firmware, put the device back on your wrist or turn the device back on after 9 PM, hydration data may not be reported in the mobile app or web dashboard until between 6AM and 8AM the following day.
If none of the above has been the case in your situation, please try resetting your smart band according to the instructions below.
1. Run the Healbe app and make sure GoBe is connected
2. Tap the GoBe icon to the open smart band properties screen
3. Tap "Service information" (Android) or "Service Info" (iOS) button
4. Tap the "Reset" button
Keep in mind that all the data will be erased from the device, so we recommend you reset the band early in the morning in order to lose less information.
