Please check whether the data are missing only from the app or both, the app and the band.
First, please try reinstalling the app. If this doesn't help, please send us logs from your device and a few screenshots from the app.
iOS:
The "Send logs" feature is hidden in the app by default. To reveal it, please open Settings screen of the Healbe app and shake iPhone until "Share logs" line is shown. Then tap "Share logs" and send them to support@healbe.com
ANDROID:
To send logs from your Healbe GoBe Android app, please take the steps below:
1. Click the wristband icon from the main Dashboard screen of your Healbe app
2. Click "System Information"
3. Find “Send Logs” and click the button "Send"
Once done, please let us know via email gobe@healbe.com and attach a few screenshots from the app showing the lack of data.
