Please check whether the data are missing only from the app or both, the app and the band.
If you have an iOS device, please try disabling "Fast sync" feature in the app Settings, then restart the HEALBE app. When synchronization completes, you can enable fast sync again.
If this doesn't help or you have an Android device please try reinstalling the app. If this has not effect either, please send us logs from your device and a few screenshots from the app.
To send logs from your device, tap “Settings” icon on the main Dashboard screen of your HEALBE app -> tap "Send logs".
Once done, please let us know via email gobe@healbe.com and attach a few screenshots from the app showing the lack of data.
