First, please check that your phone is not connected via Bluetooth to other devices.
Also, please make sure that you have turned on Bluetooth on your phone and the band is located close to the phone. You can also restart Bluetooth by turning it off and then back on your phone.
Another thing to check is that the Healbe GoBe app is allowed to use Bluetooth: follow Home > Settings > Healbe GoBe and make sure the Bluetooth switch is in the "On" position.
As the next step, please try removing the Healbe app from your phone and then downloading and installing it again.
If this doesn't help, please place your GoBe on the charger and take the steps below.
1. Forget the Healbe GoBe device in the Bluetooth system menu
2. Close the HEALBE application
3. Reset your GoBe3 band:
A. First, please make sure your device is charged: plug it into its charger and let it charge for 30 minutes or more.
B. Without disconnecting GoBe from the charger, take a pin, paper clip or needle and press the button inside the small slot (it looks like a small hole) in the center part of the USB plug (please see the picture below). You should feel a brief “click” of the button, after which the device will restart showing you the “HELLO” message on screen. This indicates the device was reset successfully.
Please note, any data which has not been synced with the app, such as recent meals or steps, may be deleted during the hard reset, with no ability to recover it.
4. Restart your phone
5. Run the application and try to connect again.
