How do I recover my password?

To recover your password, open your HEALBE GoBe mobile app and click the link "Forgot your password?" next to the Sign in button.

After this, you need to enter the email address associated with your smart band. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Please note that the link is valid for only 24 hours. After this period, you will need to request a new password recovery email.

Once you click the link from the email, enter your new password twice to complete the process.
